Key findings:
83% of ecommerce brands witnessed growth in 2023.
Nine U.S. states accounted for 52% of all ecommerce orders.
TikTok Shop has emerged as a top sales channel that brands want to grow in 2024.
Nearly 50% of brands already sell on 3 or more sales channels.
A substantial 64% of brands will add at least one new sales channel this year, highlighting that diversifying channel mix is a growing trend.
About 21% of brands intend to initiate order fulfillment in new countries during 2024.
Customization is prevalent, with 46% of brands incorporating personalized elements in their orders.
